Electrolux Manufacturing Plant

Demand Drop completed an HVLS fan installation at the newly constructed  Manufacturing Facility in Springfield, Tennessee. The facility was designed to support large-scale production operations, requiring consistent air movement and employee comfort across expansive open floor areas.

During the initial phase of the project, Demand Drop installed five 16’ Titan HVLS fans to improve airflow and reduce heat buildup within key production spaces. Following the installation, facility leadership quickly recognized the impact the fans had on overall comfort and air circulation.

Based on the positive results from the first phase, Demand Drop was asked to return and expand the system. An additional ten 16’ Titan HVLS fans were installed, bringing the total to fifteen fans strategically positioned to support uniform airflow throughout the facility.

The phased expansion of this project reflects both the effectiveness of the solution and Electrolux’s confidence in the performance of the system. The completed installation supports a more comfortable working environment for employees while helping the facility better manage airflow in a high-demand manufacturing setting.
